Cancellation: Baltimore School of Music reserves the right to cancel a group class due to minimum student requirements. Students will receive a full refund or credit towards another class or lesson if a class is canceled.
Inclement Weather: If the school closes due to inclement weather, Baltimore School of Music will reschedule the class based on teacher availability.
Substitute/Change of Teacher: Baltimore School of Music reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher and/or permanently change the teacher for any group class if their regular teacher becomes unavailable.
Liability Release: Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students fully waive and relinquish any and all claims against Baltimore School of Music and its owners, instructors, agents and employees from injuries or damages as a result of participating in any activities or classes in any way associated with Baltimore School of Music. Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baltimore School of Music from any and all claims resulting in injuries, damages arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with the activities of any of the programs.
Media Release: I give permission to the Baltimore School of Music, LLC and its affiliates to photograph, record, and/or videotape me or my child(ren) during the course of lessons, recitals, and other performances that are school-sponsored (“Performances”), and to use the photos/video footage for purposes of promotion and archive. I understand that by participating in the Performances, I hereby authorize the Baltimore School of Music, LLC and its agents, successors, and assigns to photograph and/or videotape me or my child(ren) and/or our voice(s) without restriction and to utilize such photographs/videos and/or voice transcriptions for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, the promotion and marketing of the Performances, and I agree that I will not be entitled to receive any compensation or any compensation as a result of such use.
