What Is Music Lesson Registration?

By registering, you guarantee the consistency of having your music lesson scheduled on the same day, at the same time, and with your preferred teacher each week. Experience the convenience and reliability of a set schedule, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of music education without any hassle.

How long is the school year?

Our school year runs from September 1 through August 31 of the following year. We offer lessons all year; the school year is to simplify scheduling and paperwork.

How are Music Lessons Billed?

Music Lessons are billed on the 1st of each month for the number of lessons that are scheduled for that month. Tuition payments are billed to a credit card on file. We do not accept cash or checks.

What If My Payment Is Late?

Late Tuition Payments will incur a $25 late fee and may result in a hold on your music lessons.

What If I Need to be Absent?

Students can cancel and schedule up to 4 make-up lessons during each school year as long as 24-hours notice is given.

What If I want to stop lessons?

Baltimore School of Music offers flexible scheduling, and students may withdraw at any time by submitting our Withdrawal Form with at least 30 days' notice.

What happens during inclement weather?

BBaltimore School of Music may close due to inclement weather or emergencies. In the event of a closure, students will receive a make-up credit to be scheduled at a later date. If the school remains open, even during inclement weather, students are expected to attend their scheduled music lessons, and no make-up credit will be provided for missed music lessons.
