Baltimore School of Music's Tuition Assistance Program helps make music education accessible to students ages 5–18 by providing 50% tuition coverage for private music lessons. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of learning music—regardless of financial circumstances.
What the Scholarship Includes
- 50% scholarship toward music lessons
- Waived registration fee
- Use of a school-owned instrument, if needed and available
- Free spot in our annual student recital
Who Is Eligible
- Students ages 5–18
- All instruments
- Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain consistent attendance. Missing more than four lessons per year may result in the scholarship being revoked.
- Income eligibility: Family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) below $75,000 (Form 1040, Line 11)
