Academic Calendar

Monday, August 31, 2026, is the final day of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. All music lessons will conclude on this day, and students must register for the 2026-2027 School Year, which begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to continue with music lessons.

Tuesday, September 1, 2026, is the start of the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Please double-check your online student account for any schedule changes and to confirm your music lesson for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Baltimore School of Music will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day.

Baltimore School of Music will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2026, and Saturday, November 28, 2026, for Thanksgiving Break.

Baltimore School of Music will be closed from Thursday, December 24, 2026, through Friday, January 1, 2027, for Winter Break. The school will reopen on Saturday, January 2, 2027.

Baltimore School of Music will be closed on Saturday, March 27, 2027, and Monday, March 29, 2027, for Spring Break. The school will reopen on Tuesday, March 30, 2027.

Baltimore School of Music will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2027, in observance of Memorial Day.
